How does the caching system work?

Fresh data (< 2 days) returns instantly. Stale data returns immediately while a background refresh runs. Use force_refresh to skip cache entirely (5x cost).

1 credit = 1 court searched. Each credit costs R$ 0.10. Force refresh costs 5x. Credits never expire. 5 free credits on signup.

1. Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use our API, we process CPF numbers you submit for court searches. We do not store CPF numbers beyond the necessary processing period.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your email for account management, authentication, and service communications. CPF numbers are used exclusively to query Brazilian court systems on your behalf.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Azure (Brazil South region). We use field-level encryption for sensitive data and follow security best practices including HTTPS, API key authentication, and Stripe for payment processing.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI-compliant) and Azure Communication Services for transactional emails. These services have their own privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Your Rights (LGPD)
